The hydraulic system employs cartridge valve integrated control, featuring low impact, reliable operation, extended service life, and minimal leakage points. Working pressure, pressing speed, unloaded descent, and deceleration stroke range can be adjusted according to operational requirements. Utilizing PLC programmable controller for automatic control, it supports manual, semi-automatic, and automatic operation modes, with pressure-holding delay functionality.

The 315-ton salt block machine is primarily used to produce mineral licks for cattle and sheep. These blocks serve as nutritional supplements providing minerals, vitamins, and salt to grazing or stall-fed ruminants. Using a hydraulic press, powdered raw materials—such as salt, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, and trace elements—are compressed under high pressure into dense blocks for livestock to lick.
