Frame Structure: Features a three-beam, four-column, all-steel plate CO₂ welded construction. Post-weld stress relief and vibration treatment ensure permanent frame stability. The four-column design offers simplicity, cost-effectiveness, excellent rigidity, and precision retention.
Hydraulic System: Utilizes a cartridge valve integrated system for hydraulic control, delivering low impact, reliable operation, extended service life, and minimal leakage points. New cylinder seals offer high reliability and extended service life. The draw and flanging slides can be integrated into a single unit to perform single-action forming operations.
Electrical System: PLC-based automatic control with jog and semi-automatic functions. Capable of both constant pressure and constant stroke forming processes, featuring adjustable pressure-holding delay time. Working pressure and stroke can be adjusted within specified ranges according to process requirements.

Ash Hopper Manufacturing: Stretch-formed stainless steel/metal sheet hoppers achieve seamless, high-strength forming.
Metal Processing: Powder metallurgy, cold extrusion, stamping, flanging, straightening—suitable for titanium alloy forging and deep drawing of jet engine components.
Composites and Plastics: Carbon fiber SMC compression, plastic container hot pressing, aluminum-plastic composite packaging sealing.
Construction and Environmental Protection: Cement block/slag brick pressing, construction waste recycling (e.g., fly ash brick production).
