Light Barrier Protection System
Function: By emitting and receiving infrared or laser beams to form a safety light curtain, the system immediately triggers an emergency stop when the operator or object enters the danger zone, preventing pressure injury accidents.
Advantage: Conforms to international safety standards (e.g. ISO 13849), significantly improves operational safety, especially suitable for manual loading and unloading scenarios.
Air Cooling System
Function: Forced circulation of air through the built-in fan or external air-cooling device reduces the temperature of the hydraulic oil, preventing high oil temperatures from degrading system performance or damaging components.
Comparison with water cooling: air cooling does not require additional water piping, easier to install and maintain, but the cooling efficiency is slightly lower than water cooling, suitable for moderate ambient temperature or low cooling requirements of the scene.
Three-beam four-pillar structure
Stability: the upper beam, slider and table are connected by four columns to form a closed frame with strong resistance to partial load, suitable for high-precision molding process.

Sheet metal stretch molding: such as automotive parts, home appliance shells, etc.
Forging process: such as hot die forging and pressing forming of copper, steel, aluminum, tin and other metal materials.
