This equipment features a three-beam, four-column structure with a fully steel plate CO₂ welded frame. Post-welding vibration treatment eliminates residual stresses, ensuring long-term dimensional stability without deformation. Guide columns and piston rods undergo medium-frequency quenching followed by hard chrome plating, delivering high surface hardness, exceptional wear resistance, and resistance to rust and surface roughening.

The 500-ton plastic basin hydraulic press is primarily used for compression molding of plastic flower pots, plastic pallets, plastic floor mats, plastic brick pallets, and similar products. It is suitable for forming various materials including high-density polyethylene (HDPE), polypropylene (PP), thermoplastics, and thermosetting plastics. By changing molds, it can produce plastic products of different shapes, specifications, and sizes. It is widely used in plastic processing, landscaping, construction materials, and other industries.
